CAMPAIGN BRANDING AND DESIGN

ABOUT THE WORK

From 2018 - 2022, I was the designer and illustrator for the Meet Downtown and We Are Downtown marketing campaigns for Downtown Houston. The work covered a wide range of deliverables and included sub-branding and tactical initiatives that informed, inspired, and entertained. Developed with the team at The Black Sheep Agency, we wrote, designed, and art directed everything from the social media graphics and strategy, print and digital marketing collateral, video production for web and TV spots, and special city-wide events. We shifted the public opinion of Downtown as a place, to Downtown as an identity with undeniable personality. The imperfection, wildness, uniqueness and weirdness—the campaigns asked Houstonians to wear it all with pride and love.
